Problems I Fix

SoundFamiliar?

Most WordPress problems start small and get expensive when nobody is watching.

  • Updates keep piling up. Nobody wants to click update in case the site breaks.
  • The site went down and you found out from a customer. No monitoring, no alerts.
  • No working backup. The host’s backup is old, or nobody has tested a restore.
  • The site was hacked. Spam pages, redirects or a warning in Google.
  • Small fixes take weeks. The original developer is busy or gone.

With a care plan, updates are tested, backups are checked and someone fixes problems quickly.

How It Works

FiveSimple Steps
  1. Tell me about your site. Send the link and what plan you are interested in.
  2. Health check. I check the site, plugins, backups and speed before we start.
  3. Onboarding. I set up backups, monitoring and security.
  4. Monthly care. Updates, checks and fixes happen on schedule.
  5. Monthly report. You get a short report of what was done.

Freelancer or Agency?

An honestComparison
Me (freelance) Typical provider
Basic plan $29/month $30 to $100/month
Plan with support $59 to $99/month $100 to $300/month
Agency care plan Not needed $500+/month
Who fixes it Me A support queue
Contract Month to month Often 6 to 12 months

Provider figures are typical 2026 published prices for WordPress care plans. If your budget is lower than my starting prices, message me anyway. I will try to find a way to work within it.

What peopleSay

I've worked with Mostafa on several of my websites, Ghana Guardian included, and he designed and built each one from the ground up. He understands what a news site needs: a clean layout that's easy to read and pages that load fast. When I ask for changes he replies quickly and gets them done without any fuss. He's the first person I call whenever one of my sites needs work.

I've been using AltScribe, and it's a really useful plugin for managing image alt text in WordPress. I especially like the support for multiple AI providers and automatic fallback. The bulk alt-text generation saves a lot of time, and the content sync feature is a great addition.

Mostafa set up Google AdSense on my site and got it approved without any back and forth. Since then I've gone back to him every time I needed a new tracking code added, whether it was Analytics, Tag Manager or a pixel for an ad campaign. He puts everything in the right place, tests that it's actually firing, and nothing on the site breaks. I don't have to explain things twice, which I value a lot.

Mostafa built our online course site, Ruqyah Shikka, from the ground up. He set up the courses, payments and student accounts so people can sign up, pay and start learning without having to call us for help. Most of our students come from their phones, and the site runs smoothly on mobile too. Whenever something needs fixing he responds quickly and explains it in plain words.

WordPress Maintenance FAQ

CommonQuestions
How much does WordPress maintenance cost?

Basic WordPress maintenance plans usually cost $30 to $100 a month, plans with support and some development time $100 to $300, and agency plans $500 or more. My plans are $29, $59 and $99 a month, and one-off fixes are $15 an hour.

What is included in a WordPress maintenance plan?

Core, plugin and theme updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security checks, a monthly report and, on Standard and Pro, time for fixes and changes.

Can you fix my site right now without a plan?

Yes. One-off fixes are $15 an hour. White screens, errors, hacked sites and broken forms are the most common.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time.

What happens if an update breaks my site?

I take a backup before every update and test the site after. If something breaks, I roll back and fix it.

Do you work in US time zones?

Yes. I am based in Bangladesh and work during US business hours.

Want someone to look after your site?

Send me your site link. I will do a quick health check and suggest a plan. Tight budget? Say so, and I will try to work within it.
